Sunset From Above

Sunset From Above

During my exploration of one of the old Gulf Ordiance Buildings I was able to go out on one of the balconies on the 3rd floor of the building and look out over the surrounding areas to the East and South. The photo above is looking South towards the highway that runs through Prairie. You can also see the gravel road that I took to get to the building I was photographing from and the huge chimney you pass on that road. I parked my car behind the trees to the right and walkd through the field on the edge of the photo to get to the building. It was nice to get a landscape photo from a higher perspective for a change during what was a great sunset. In fact, I had to make sure I got out of there before it got too dark so I could see to get back to my car. More photos to come.
